Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or would like to change your Trials Day Booking please contact us immediately on info@trialsday.com or call 07974 399325.

• We require at least 14 days notice should you wish to reschedule a booking.

• Experience Days, Corporate Days and Advanced Training sessions are non-refundable – failure to arrive or reschedule in the permitted time will result in an invalid booking.

• Trials Day reserve the right to cancel Experience Days, Corporate Days and Advanced Training at short notice, this will only happen through conditions beyond our control - i.e. extreme weather conditions.  Should Trials Day have to cancel your booking you will be able to reschedule your booking, exchange for a Gift Voucher, or receive a full refund.
